Business Transformation Associate Director

In this role, you will partner with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders to develop transformation strategies, design future-state operating models, and lead large-scale change initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

Lead Transformation Programs

• Shape and deliver enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives.

• Define transformation roadmaps aligned to strategic business objectives.

• Lead operating model redesign, process transformation, and organizational improvement programs.

• Drive value realization and ensure transformation benefits are achieved.

Partner with Senior Leaders

• Build trusted relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders.

• Facilitate strategic workshops and executive planning sessions.

• Influence key business decisions and transformation priorities.

• Present transformation progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Drive Program Success

• Establish governance structures and delivery frameworks.

• Manage program risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

• Align business, technology, operations, and change teams towards common objectives.

• Ensure successful execution across multiple workstreams.

Lead Organizational Change

• Drive stakeholder engagement and transformation adoption.

• Develop change management and workforce transition strategies.

• Support organizational capability uplift and future workforce readiness.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Grow the Business

• Support new business opportunities and strategic pursuits.

• Contribute to solution development, proposals, and client presentations.

• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and create additional value.
