About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across enterprise-scale data, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives. You will coach Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams to improve Agile maturity and delivery excellence.
• Track Agile metrics, team velocity, sprint predictability, and delivery performance.
• Remove blockers and manage dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and foster a high-performing Agile culture.
• Ensure transparency through effective reporting using Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years of IT experience with strong Scrum Master / Agile Delivery expertise.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise data, cloud, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional and globally distributed Agile teams.
• Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe Agile, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of Agile metrics, reporting, and delivery governance.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, Databricks, and Power BI is preferred.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and DAMA principles is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (PSM or CSM) – Mandatory
• SAFe Certification – Preferred
• AWS/Azure Cloud Certifications – Desirable
• PRINCE2 or AgilePM Certification – Nice to have
