What You'll Do
Here's what a shift looks like for you:
- Lead and fire up the crew to smash shift and restaurant targets
- Keep every burrito, bowl and taco made to our recipe and quality standards, right up until close
- Run smooth, fast service and hit our speed of service goals
- Sort out guest complaints quickly so everyone leaves smiling
- Help train new crew and give honest, kind feedback that helps them grow
- Stay on top of daily checklists, cash handling and stock on shift
- Champion food safety and WH&S so the team and guests are always safe
- Keep the restaurant clean, tidy and ready to roll
