We are a private practise providing a holistic approach to client care through paediatric speech pathology, occupational therapy, and psychology across our 4 clinic locations in Brendale, Eight-Mile Plains, Logan & Upper Coomera.

2026 Grad Program Salary Package
Base salary: $80,000.00
Superannuation: $9,600.00
PD allowance: up to $3,000.00
Total package: $93,600.00

- Comprehensive induction - a 2-week comprehensive induction period, with ongoing training and development for 12 months.
- Manageable caseload - A slow build-up in caseload, with ongoing support from highly experienced Senior SPs working right alongside you
- Frequent supervision - weekly 1:1 internal supervision & monthly peer supervision, you'll never feel left on your own and will be well supported
- Professional Development - monthly in-service professional development from highly experienced seniors

- Paid Parental Leave - up to 12 weeks additional paid parental leave to support parent's success both at work and at home

Qualifications
- Full Australian work rights
- Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain
- Degree in Speech Pathology.
- Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
