About the Role

We are seeking experienced Rope Access IRATA Level 3 Technicians to support current and upcoming shutdown, maintenance and project works across Australia’s largest mine sites. In this casual FIFO role, you will access consistent work across 90+ client sites, competitive rates and genuine long-term career opportunities within a well-established national contractor.

Join our specialist Access division and lead rope access operations while supporting fixed plant mechanical works across major mining operations. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Leading rope access crews performing maintenance and inspection works at height

Conducting complex access, rescue planning and technical rigging activities

Supporting mechanical and structural maintenance works across fixed plant assets

Working safely and in strict accordance with permit-to-work, isolation and rope access procedures

What You’ll Need

We are looking for qualified and safety-focused Rope Access IRATA Level 3 Technicians with strong fixed plant experience.

Essential

IRATA Level 3 certification

First Aid Certificate

Working at Heights & Confined Space (within 2 years)

Construction White Card

Current Australian Driver’s Licence

Valid Australian work rights

Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

Highly Desirable

Previous mining experience

Client inductions (Rio Tinto, Fortescue, BHP, etc.)

Additional trade or high-risk tickets
