The UOS Operations Manager is accountable for overseeing end-to-end operational delivery of overhead electrical services in Victoria. This leadership role ensures seamless coordination of workforce mobilisation, project execution, safety, compliance, logistics, and stakeholder engagement. With a strong emphasis on safety, operational excellence, people leadership, and continuous improvement, the role drives high-performance standards, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and cultural alignment across UOS project sites.

Selection Criteria
Candidates will need to have extensive industry experience in the Victorian ESI sector, ideally with knowledge and experience in overhead linework. Successful candidates will be highly organised, with outstanding organisational, time management and customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is also a must.
