Operational Integrity Analyst

We’re looking for an Operational Integrity Analyst to join our Retirement Solutions business, supporting the delivery of critical regulatory data requests while driving meaningful operational improvements. This is a unique opportunity to blend analytical thinking with strategic influence, helping shape data-driven decisions across the business.

Working within our Sunset team, you’ll gain exposure to high-impact initiatives and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver and support regulator data requests, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely outcomes while meeting compliance standards
  • Analyse and interpret complex datasets using tools such as SQL to generate insights and inform business decisions
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives by documenting business requirements, supporting project delivery and aligning with operational priorities
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities to enhance processes, controls and overall performance
  • Collaborate across teams to solve problems, influence stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships
  • Develop clear and insightful reporting for governance forums, including recommendations and measurable outcomes
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk and governance frameworks, maintaining a strong focus on data integrity and controls

What you’ll bring

  • Experience analysing and interpreting complex data, ideally within financial services or superannuation
  • Knowledge of the superannuation industry, with exposure to insurance considered advantageous
  • Background in business analysis with the ability to work across data, stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Familiarity with data tools such as SQL and strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
