THE ROLE: PERFORMANCE MANAGER

We’re searching for an exceptional Performance Manager to lead client marketing strategy for portfolio of e-commerce and lead generation clients, across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, LinkedIn and more,

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Client Leadership

  • Develop and manage client relations - in person, virtual, emails & phone calls
  • Communicate strategic decisions to clients and educate them on our internal processes
  • Conduct weekly/fortnightly WIPs with clients and monthly report updates
  • Put together presentations for client pitches
  • Increase the services + platforms across client roster

Strategic Growth

  • Oversee the digital marketing strategy for a portfolio of clients (e-commerce and lead service), ensuring alignment with their core business goals
  • Collaborate with internal specialist teams (Google, creative, data, SEO) to challenge existing client strategies
  • Proactively develop 3-12 month marketing plans to maximize performance opportunities across all clients
  • Sharing client learnings and results across the wider team
  • Knowledge across Shopify backend, Google Analytics, Meta, PPC, Tiktok & CRM

Innovation

  • Continual learning & personal development
  • You must be up to date with current trends & updates to social platforms
  • Continue to develop and upskill yourself through relevant podcasts, books, and courses.
  • Opportunities to mentor and develop junior team members
  • Experience across digital marketing platforms preferred, but not essential

YOUR EXPERTISE ARSENAL

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record in paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and/or LinkedIn.
  • Exceptional analytical, creative, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • On top of current trends and updates to social platforms and strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM and Canva.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
