· 10–15+ years’ experience leading application operations or managed services within large, complex or regulated organisations.

· Demonstrated experience running client‑embedded application managed services, including leadership of application support and operations teams.

· Experience operating in utilities, critical infrastructure, government or comparable high‑risk environments.

· Proven experience engaging credibly with CIOs, application owners, Operations and Risk leaders in governance and assurance forums.

Consulting mindset & executive presence

· Structured, hypothesis‑led problem solver comfortable with ambiguity, complexity and competing priorities.

· Exceptional communication and presentation skills—able to translate application issues into business impact and decisions.
