Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervision and Coordination of the relevant subcontractors
• Working on a $28mil Aged Care Project in Sandringham
• Design Management & Coordination (structure, finishes and façade)
• Program Management
• Review shop drawings
• Evaluation of trade specific variations, RFI's
• Supporting site team as needed

About You

You must have worked for a head contractor Tier 1,2 or 3 builder in a Site Engineer, Project Engineer or Project Coordinator on commercial or large apartment/retirement or aged care projects for 3+ years. You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to problems solve issues that arise onsite.
