Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervision and Coordination of the relevant subcontractors
- Working on a $28mil Aged Care Project in Sandringham
- Design Management & Coordination (structure, finishes and façade)
- Program Management
- Review shop drawings
- Evaluation of trade specific variations, RFI's
- Supporting site team as needed
About You
You must have worked for a head contractor Tier 1,2 or 3 builder in a Site Engineer, Project Engineer or Project Coordinator on commercial or large apartment/retirement or aged care projects for 3+ years. You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to problems solve issues that arise onsite.
