What You’ll Do

People Leadership and Development

• Lead, coach and develop a large, multi-level retail team
• Maintain and strengthen a positive and high-performing store culture
• Provide ongoing feedback, training and development
• Support recruitment, onboarding and succession planning

Commercial and Operational Performance

• Deliver strong sales results and exceed KPIs
• Analyse sales, stock and operational data to identify opportunities
• Manage rosters, labour spend and team productivity
• Oversee stock flow, inventory accuracy and high-volume deliveries
• Maintain high standards across visual merchandising and store presentation

Customer and Brand Experience

• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences during peak trade
• Execute product launches, promotions and in-store activations
• Build engagement with POP MART’s loyal and growing customer base

About You

• Current Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager ready to step up
• Experience in high-volume retail environments
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with stock management, reporting and performance analysis
• Calm, resilient and hands-on in approach
• Passion for pop culture, lifestyle or customer-driven retail
