Estimator – Commercial Remedial Construction

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Melbourne team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in remedial building and construction who enjoys building client relationships and has a genuine drive to win work.

You will be responsible for attending site inspections, preparing accurate quotations, identifying variation opportunities and working closely with our operations team to successfully deliver projects.

• Proven estimating experience within remedial building, roofing, waterproofing or commercial construction.
• Strong sales mindset with a passion for winning work.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and results driven.
• A positive team player who works collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
• Current driver's licence.

Key Performance Indicators

• Minimum 15 quotations submitted per month.
• Generate at least $600,000 in awarded sales per quarter.
• Secure a minimum of 4 approved variations per month.
• Maintain high levels of client service and quote accuracy.
