About the rol
eThe Queensland team supports the QLD Committee and works with departments across the College to engage surgeons, Trainees, Specialist International Medical Graduates and other stakeholders throughout the state. This is a key support role in a small team with great results, and you will play an important part in keeping the Brisbane office running smoothly. This role is offered on a part-time basis 3 days per week. You will
- :Provide administration support to the Queensland team, including reception, mail and guest services, welcoming Fellows, Trainees, staff and visito
- rsMaintain the Brisbane office, working with the Facilities Coordinator to achieve efficient resul
- tsDevelop the state newsletter, maintain website content and manage emai
- lsEnsure all invoicing is completed accurately and on ti
- meAssist the Events Engagement Officer with meetings, conferences and seminars, including room bookings, catering and audio-visual suppo
- rtSupport the Examinations team with the delivery of exams held in the offi
