Classification: Health Professional Level 4 / Psychologist Level 4 (PN 12873)

Note: This role will be filled at either Health Professional Level 4 or Psychologist Level 4 depending on qualifications and experience, in line with the Enterprise Agreement.

HP4 Salary: $ 127,597 - $ 141,511 (Plus 12.5% Super)

P4 Salary: $ 135,771 - $ 142,688 (Plus 12.5% Super)

About The Role

Lead a specialist service at the forefront of perinatal and infant mental health, influencing clinical practice, service innovation and system-wide outcomes for children and families.

The Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Consultation Service (PIMHCS) is seeking an exceptional Team Manager to lead a specialist multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting parents, infants and young families through some of life's most challenging experiences.

At PIMHCS, we understand that healthy parent-infant relationships provide the foundation for a child's emotional, social and developmental future. Our work is grounded in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, strengths-based practice, and a recovery-focused approach, with the safety and wellbeing of the child at the centre of everything we do.

As Team Manager, you will provide both clinical and operational leadership to a highly skilled multidisciplinary team delivering responsive, flexible and evidence-informed therapeutic care.

This is a rewarding leadership opportunity where you will shape service delivery, support staff development, drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure families receive the highest standard of care.

To be successful in this position, you will have a demonstrated track record of working in a multi-disciplined team environment and supporting and contributing to a healthy workplace that embraces diversity, encourages collaborative teamwork, and complies with all the applicable regulatory and legislative requirements set out for such a role.

A merit pool may be established from this recruitment process and will remain valid for 12 months. This pool may be used to fill similar roles/ future vacant positions at the same level across CHS.
