What you’ll do

You’ll provide cost advice across all stages of construction projects, from early feasibility and design development through to procurement, contract administration and final account.

The role will see you helping clients make informed financial decisions, manage cost risks and get better value from their projects.

You’ll work across sectors including defence, infrastructure, renewables, marine, ports and private education, giving you strong variety and exposure to different project types, procurement methods and site environments.

What you’ll need

Experience in a PQS or consultancy environment
Good understanding of pre and post-contract QS services
Familiarity with Australian construction legislation, standards and procurement frameworks
Confident communication skills, with the ability to explain cost advice clearly to clients and project teams
Experience using cost-management software and reporting tools
