About Cadia

Our Cadia Valley Operation in New South Wales is situated about 25 kilometers from Orange and 250 kilometers west of Sydney. Cadia produces gold doré bars from a gravity circuit and gold-rich copper concentrates from a flotation circuit. The operation includes the Cadia East Mine which is globally renowned for its use of block caving, a large-scale underground mining method.

About the Role

Join the Mobile Planning & Reliability team where your planning expertise will directly impact fleet performance, safety, and cost efficiency. This is a pivotal role responsible for planning and coordinating major maintenance events across a large-scale mobile fleet, where you will take ownership of maintenance planning, including component change-outs and shutdowns, ensuring alignment with production outcomes and long-term asset reliability.

Key responsibilities include

  • Develop and manage long-term maintenance plans (12–24 months) for mobile fleet assets
  • Plan and coordinate major maintenance events and component replacements
  • Build lifecycle forecasts to optimise cost and asset performance
  • Maintain and govern SAP planning data and maintenance structures
  • Monitor budgets, track spend, and identify cost optimisation opportunities
  • Partner with operations, maintenance, and OEM stakeholders to deliver outcomes

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in mobile fleet maintenance planning or reliability engineering
  • Strong knowledge of heavy mobile equipment (mining highly regarded)
  • Advanced SAP PM or CMMS capability
  • Proven planning, forecasting, and cost management skills
  • Trade or engineering background preferred
