Troocoo is proud to be partnering with a leading construction business to recruit a Team Administrator to support their busy and collaborative HR team based in on the South side of Brisbane.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day. Working closely with the HR team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of people-related processes while providing high-level administrative support across multiple projects and initiatives.

About the Role

As the Team Administrator, you will provide critical support to the HR function, assisting with a range of administrative, coordination, and project-related activities. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing competing priorities, and working within a dynamic team environment.

Key responsibilities include

  • Managing busy inboxes, diaries, calendars, and meeting coordination
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings
  • Maintaining and updating HR databases and employee records
  • Providing administrative support across HR projects and initiatives
  • Preparing reports, documentation, presentations, and correspondence
  • Supporting process improvements and ensuring compliance with established procedures
  • Assisting with general team coordination and stakeholder communication
  • Managing multiple deadlines and priorities within a complex business environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised administrator with exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to manage competing priorities.

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in a Team Administrator, HR Administrator, Project Administrator, or similar administration role
  • Experience working within a fast-paced or complex corporate environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
