About the Opportunity

ACCIONA is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead and deliver full-cycle recruitment across our SA and QLD and our national Water business. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong talent pipelines and give visibility of career opportunities for internal staff. This role suits a recruiter who enjoys variety and wants to make an impact across multiple parts of the business.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage the full recruitment across allocated job requisitions
• Build talent pipelines across businesses you are assigned to work with
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs
• Support resource planning and recruitment forecasting
• Coordinate candidate assessment and selection processes
• Track recruitment progress against hiring plans
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate communication
• Deliver both search and engagement assignments to build out hard to fill positions

What Capability & Experience Will You Need to Have:

• Degree or diploma in HR, business or similar field
• Full cycle recruitment experience in complex organisations
• Strong stakeholder influencing and communication skills
• Experience using Workday or similar recruitment systems
• An adaptable approach across varied business streams
