What Role You Will Play In Team

Job description: Digital PMO - Master Scheduler

This role will see you delivering Master Schedule management capability across a portfolio of digitally enabled programs and projects. Its purpose is to support and enable identification and management of critical path milestones and cross project inter-dependencies in the delivery of digital solutions across.

Specific Experience Of Relevance Includes

  • Applied experience with Schedule Management at a portfolio level, including:
    • critical path and cross project dependency management
    • reporting on schedule status, risks and issues
    • assessment of portfolio level impacts in the event of milestone change or schedule slippage
  • Strong understanding on waterfall/agile delivery methodologies and deliverables/artefacts
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Project Plan and supporting project and program management tools such as Microsoft Project Server, Microsoft Project Online and Jira.
  • Relevant training or qualification in project and program management would be favourable.
  • Has demonstrated experience working in a multi-vendor project environment.
  • Experience with guiding business strategy around project tooling use, governance and adoption across teams.

Desirable Experience

  • Supporting or delivering the transition from Microsoft Project Online to Microsoft Project Server, including schedule migration, environmental configuration and impacts to portfolio reporting and governance.
