Marketing & Social Media Intern - Red Dragon Tattoo Studio | Sydney, Chinatown

Red Dragon is a multi-artist tattoo studio in Sydney Chinatown with a roster that covers every style — from traditional Japanese, to fine line, realism and American Traditional. The studio has built a reputation through the quality of its artists and a client base that genuinely cares about the craft.

We're looking for a marketing or media intern who wants to own something from day one and takes pride in what they create.

What you'll be doing:

- Developing and executing a social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok

- Building and managing a content calendar — creation, scheduling, and posting

- Shooting and editing content in-studio (reels, behind-the-scenes, artist spotlights)

- Conceiving and running campaigns tied to bookings, awareness, and community growth

- Tracking performance and reporting monthly with clear recommendations

What we're looking for:

- Current university student — marketing, media, communications, commerce, or similar

- A portfolio or examples of content you've made. Doesn't need to be professional, just needs to show taste

- Someone who understands creative subcultures and art

- Available a minimum of 2 days per week in-studio, Chinatown

- Someone keen to take ownership of their work and have real impact and autonomy
