Account Executive - Global Brands - Parental Leave Cover

12-Month Fixed Term Parental Leave Cover

As a key member of the Global Brands ANZ team, this position works closely with Global Business Managers to support the management of Global Brands accounts throughout the ANZ region. The role contributes to maintaining and enhancing Detpak’s reputation for excellence through the consistent delivery of quality products, outstanding service, and operational efficiency for all internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building strong stakeholder relationships through transparent communication across Global Brand customers in Australia and New Zealand.
• Supporting the development and update of annual account plans for Global Brands customers in line with company strategy.
• Driving growth in existing accounts and managing new business development pipelines for Global Brands customers.
• Managing forecasts, inventory, and aged stock targets for Global Brands products in collaboration with Supply Chain.
• Facilitating the onboarding of new business and promotional items, managing quote processes, sample requests, forecasting, and lead-time tracking.
• Coordinating pricing and promotional activities with Global Business Managers within agreed frameworks.
• Delivering accurate and timely reporting to key internal stakeholders on progress against agreed key objectives, as required

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant experience in a similar role or as an Account Manager or Account Coordinator with a focus on providing excellence in customer service.
• Previous experience supporting tenders and negotiations.
• Sound analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent planning, organisational and multi-tasking skills combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to effectively prioritise, manage multiple customer accounts, projects and execute with excellence, ensuring timely delivery.
• Sound collaborative and networking skills to effectively work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Previous experience applying a disciplined approach to following business processes.
