What you'll be doing:

• Greeting and assisting customers at the counter with a positive and welcoming attitude

• Utilising your front and back of wall knowledge to provide advice

• Managing customer enquiries and ensuring an excellent standard of service

• Adapting to new products, trends, and shifts within a changing industry

• Working seamlessly with our team to ensure customers get the right outcomes

We're looking for someone who is:

Equipped with a positive nature and an excellent understanding of customer service

Experienced in the plumbing sector with solid front and back of wall knowledge

Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow both personally and professionally

Highly adaptable and ready to embrace a changing industry

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
