Greenhouse Paediatrics is one of Perth's leading multidisciplinary paediatric healthcare providers, bringing together Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology and Paediatric Medicine services under one roof.
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Allied Health Manager to lead our growing team of clinicians and play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation.
Based in our purpose-built Karrinyup clinic, which includes a fully equipped therapy gym, this is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who enjoys leadership, business development, service innovation and building high-performing teams.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will provide operational and strategic leadership across our Allied Health division, overseeing a growing team.
While this is primarily a leadership role, you will maintain a small and negotiable clinical role, working directly with children and families in the clinic and community.
You will be responsible for ensuring our services remain clinically excellent, financially sustainable and responsive to the evolving needs of families across Perth.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor and support a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health clinicians
- Manage performance, professional development and workforce planning
- Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing workplace culture
- Drive staff engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives
- Support recruitment, onboarding and succession planning
Service Growth & Strategic Development
- Monitor service demand and workforce capacity across all disciplines
- Identify and respond to emerging industry trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement new clinical and operational processes
- Drive service innovation and continuous improvement
- Identify and evaluate new revenue streams and growth opportunities
- Support expansion of existing programs and development of new services
Operational Management
- Oversee service delivery, utilisation and clinician productivity
- Ensure compliance with relevant professional, NDIS and accreditation standards
- Work closely with administration and leadership teams to optimise client experience
- Oversee and contribute to our Student Placement program
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and business planning
Clinical Practice
- Maintain a small, negotiable caseload
- Use your caseload to provide observation and case study based education opportunities for therapists,.
- Deliver high-quality evidence-based services to children and families
- Provide clinical leadership and support to therapists across the organisation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a qualified and registered Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Psychologist or other Allied Health professional
- Have previous leadership or management experience within Allied Health, healthcare or disability services
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Be confident managing performance, workforce planning and service demand
- Have excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- Be passionate about supporting children, families and multidisciplinary teams
- Hold relevant professional registration and Working With Children Check requirements
