The Opportunity

Lead recruitment for some of South Australia’s most significant education leadership roles and shape the experience people have from offer through to onboarding and beyond.

In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and senior school leadership roles, while also influencing onboarding, employee experience and engagement to set our people up for success.

About the Role

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and senior school leadership roles
  • Partner with Principals, executives and Boards to shape hiring decisions
  • Proactively source and headhunt candidates using market insights and networks
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Deliver a high-quality, engaging candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle
  • Lead and support onboarding and early integration of new starters
  • Contribute to employee experience and engagement initiatives through recruitment insights and process improvements
  • Build system capability through training and coaching for leaders and HR representatives

About You

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including senior or complex roles
  • Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Skilled in sourcing, headhunting and market engagement
  • Excellent communication skills with sound judgement and discretion
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple processes at pace
  • Experience using recruitment systems (e.g. Dayforce or similar)
