Scheduler - Multi‑unit developments

Join a design‑and‑construct residential builder delivering a mix of duplex, triplex, quadruplex, rear‑strata and multi‑unit developments, alongside high‑end custom homes and complex‑site builds.

You’ll manage scheduling across diverse project types — from infill developments to premium residences — ensuring trades, materials and timelines stay tightly coordinated.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Construction scheduling — Build and maintain timelines across multi‑unit, strata and custom‑home projects
• Trade & supplier coordination — Book trades, sequence works and ensure materials arrive on cue
• Build‑stage sequencing — Translate plans into logical workflow order for varied project types
• Progress tracking — Update internal systems, job notes and documentation
• Stakeholder communication — Liaise with supervisors, suppliers and clients to keep everything aligned

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in residential construction scheduling or coordination
• Understanding of multi‑unit, duplex/triplex and rear‑strata build stages
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with different complexities
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Solid admin skills and confidence using construction software

Salary & Benefits

• Up to $110,000 + superannuation
