About The Role

As a Disability Support Worker, working within our Supported Independent Living homes, you’ll provide person-centred support that empowers people with disability to build independence, confidence and connection. • Availability to work a range of shifts (including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and sleepovers – penalty rates apply)
  • The capacity to meet the physical requirements as manual handling tasks are involved
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous but not required

You will be required to hold or willing to obtain

  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
  • First Aid & CPR Certification
  • National Criminal History Check (Police Check)
  • Australian open Driver’s License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle
