What You Will Be Working On

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll:

• Support store operations across multiple service streams
• Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
• Help drive sales growth through effective team leadership

• Support visual merchandising and marketing initiatives
• Help maintain store presentation and stock/inventory management
• Step in to lead store operations in the Store Manager's absence
