BOUTIQUE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS SEEKING SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Casual role / 4 days per week

Work from home (on-site for inspections only)

Flexible hours

$38 - $40 per hour

Family-friendly business / role would be perfect for PM returning to work looking for flexibility around school hours

End-to-end managing of a low-fuss on-site residential portfolio

Maintaining strong tenant and landlord relationships

Coordinating maintenance, inspections and repairs with efficiency and attention to detail

Offering landlords trustworthy and up-to-date market advice

Managing tenant concerns with professionalism and unbiased actioning

Completing all administrative tasks, including lease documentation, bond submissions and compliance

Full autonomy based on company values, whilst working alongside the Director

Current QLD Real Estate Licence or Registration - Resident Letting Agent also acceptable

Minimum 2+ years’ trust accounting and property management experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities with great attention to detail

Strong knowledge of QLD residential tenancy legislation

Confidence using PropertyMe, Realworks, Inspection Express
