Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders through workshops, interviews and observation to gather, analyse and prioritise business, functional and non-functional requirements

- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted link between the business and technical teams
- Develop test scenarios and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), tracking and resolving defects and feedback prior to release
- Support the delivery team throughout implementation and help the business adopt change through user documentation, training materials and process guides

- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally within construction, engineering, mining or a related industry
- Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and management, with the ability to produce clear specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Skilled in process mapping and documentation using techniques such as BPMN or process flow diagrams

- Sound understanding of enterprise business applications and the Microsoft cloud ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure)
- Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies, with hands-on use of tools such as Azure DevOps (Boards)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
