About the role

This is a hands-on role where your diagnostic accuracy directly shapes the experience customers have with their vehicles and with our dealership.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults across a range of vehicle makes, giving you ongoing exposure to diverse and technically interesting work
• Carrying out repairs and scheduled servicing to manufacturer standards, so your workmanship carries real weight and is something you can stand behind
• Using the latest diagnostic equipment and software, keeping your technical skills current and relevant
• Collaborating with the Service team to manage workflow efficiently, meaning your expertise contributes to a well-run operation where your input is noticed
• Completing job documentation accurately, supporting clear communication between the workshop, service advisors, and customers

About you

You bring solid experience and a methodical approach that lets you move confidently from diagnosis through to a quality repair.

More about you:

• A current Australian motor vehicle mechanic trade qualification is essential to step into this role
• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing a broad range of faults, not just routine servicing
• Comfortable working with electronic diagnostic tools and interpreting technical data
• A current Queensland driver licence
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting the repair right rather than just getting it done
