Your New Role
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be a key conduit between the Finance Team and operational and service areas of SHM. You will be required to work collaboratively with business stakeholders on all financial activities that support SHM’s business operations.
The Senior Finance Business Partner is also responsible for providing information, tools, analysis and insight into business units, and driving business strategy.
Your Day-To-Day
Your responsibilities will include providing strong business analysis, financial planning and reporting advice that generates business insights that add measurable value. you will assist budget owners to understand the cost drivers of their financial information and prepare budgets accordingly. Occasionally, you will be required to provide assistance on the Financial Accounting stream of the finance team.

Essentials for Success
- A degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field along with a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) or similar professional qualification.
- Extensive experience in finance.
- Experience in the Aged Care sector is desirable.
- Proven track record in strategic financial planning and analysis.
- A strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and best practices in the NFP sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
