Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in a timely manner
• Support the Chef de Partie with daily kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards
• Minimise food wastage and manage resources efficiently
• Assist in training junior staff and uphold team professionalism
• Step in for the Chef de Partie when required
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and WH&S guidelines

What You’ll Bring

• Strong culinary skills across multiple disciplines (e.g., cooking, baking, butchery)
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively
