Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Deliver safe, high-quality, resident-centred nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical requirements
- Monitor, assess and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate effectively with residents, families and allied health professionals
- Support the development and implementation of individualised care plans
- Contribute to a positive, respectful and inclusive care environment
- Assist in managing residents with complex care needs and behaviours of concern
- Promote dignity, choice and independence for all residents
About You
You are a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse who takes pride in making a genuine difference every day. You enjoy working in a team-focused environment and are committed to delivering exceptional care aligned with best practice standards.
To Be Successful, You Will Have
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Residential Aged Care (preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status (highly recommended)
- Full Australian working rights
