Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Deliver safe, high-quality, resident-centred nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical requirements
• Monitor, assess and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate effectively with residents, families and allied health professionals
• Support the development and implementation of individualised care plans
• Contribute to a positive, respectful and inclusive care environment
• Assist in managing residents with complex care needs and behaviours of concern
• Promote dignity, choice and independence for all residents

About You

You are a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse who takes pride in making a genuine difference every day. You enjoy working in a team-focused environment and are committed to delivering exceptional care aligned with best practice standards.

To Be Successful, You Will Have

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Residential Aged Care (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status (highly recommended)
• Full Australian working rights
