  • Act as the subject matter expert for the UKG platform across the business
  • Manage system configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Support workforce management processes including rostering, time and attendance, award interpretation, and payroll integration
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system improvements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while providing ongoing support and guidance
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and system utilisation
  • Support testing, implementation, and change management initiatives
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to governance standards
  • Collaborate with external vendors and implementation partners where required

Profile

  • Demonstrated experience supporting and administering UKG solutions
  • Strong understanding of workforce management principles including time and attendance, scheduling, workforce planning, and payroll integration
  • Experience configuring and optimising UKG modules
  • Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions
  • Experience working across HR, Payroll, and operational business functions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for driving efficiencies through technology
