About the Role

This role is suited to either:

• Industry expert working within insurance (loss adjusting, workers compensation, claims, broking, underwriting or similar) with client facing experience.

OR

• An experienced consultant who has recruited within the insurance industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across insurance and financial services roles
• Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Partnering with clients as a true advisor, not a transactional recruiter
• Leveraging Fuse’s advanced recruitment tech, analytics and marketing support
• Developing your desk with the backing of a collaborative, high-performance team

About You

• Previous recruitment experience or a background in insurance or financial services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in people and outcomes
• Driven, curious and motivated to build a long-term career
• Values professionalism, collaboration and continuous improvement
