Recruitment Team Leader

We are now looking for an experienced Team Leader to help lead and grow our Melbourne Insurance business.

This is an opportunity to step into a warm, high-performing desk with established national accounts, strong delivery support and more opportunity than we can currently service. You’ll lead an existing team of four consultants with plans to significantly expand the division over the coming years.

The Opportunity This role is a genuine blend of leadership and hands-on recruitment.

You’ll work across permanent and temporary recruitment within the Insurance market, focusing on broking, underwriting, claims and wider insurance service provider businesses nationally.

Alongside managing your own portfolio of clients and revenue, you’ll play a key role in:

• Leading, mentoring and developing consultants
• Driving team culture, engagement and accountability
• Contributing to business development strategy
• Growing existing strategic partnerships
• Supporting the continued expansion of the division

Importantly, this is not a “build from scratch” leadership role. The foundations are already in place, a tenured team, established accounts, long-standing relationships, strong market reputation and consistent job flow.
