About The Executive Assistant To Executive Team Role

Play a key role in helping our Executive Directors lead with confidence and focus. Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll help keep priorities on track, support strong governance and ensure the Executive Office runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a varied and collaborative role where you'll build strong relationships across the organisation, contribute to important organisational initiatives and make a genuine impact by enabling our leaders to deliver the best outcomes for our staff, clients and community.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer this part-time role (0.6 FTE) is based in the northern suburbs and offers the flexibility of hybrid working. Fixed term until 30 June 2027.

Your Passion and Commitment will see you

  • Provide high-level executive support to multiple Executive Directors
  • Coordinate diaries, meetings, reports, presentations and key correspondence
  • Partner with the CEO's Executive Assistant to coordinate agendas, minutes, room bookings and catering for organisational meetings
  • Support Board and Subcommittee governance
  • Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Hold and maintain current Australian driver's licence with no restrictions
  • The ability to work closely with the CEO and wider Executive Leadership team
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and sound judgement
  • Strong report writing skills with exceptional attention to detail
