Experienced & qualified Home Care Workers (Aged & Disability) - Berwick

Are you an Aged Care or Disability-qualified worker seeking employment in the local Berwick area for a female client? Who requires support with personal care, bowel assistance, and has a catheter.

Our female client is seeking those experienced in high care, assisting with all aspects of personal care, is hoist competent or willing to be trained, activities of daily living, has clear communication skills, and patience.

Shifts we need to be covered

Monday to Friday

• 11:30am to 12:30pm
• 4:30pm to 5:30pm
• 9:30pm to 10:30pm

Client requires someone with patience, great communication skills, and reliability. Building a relationship with this client and allowing them to feel comfortable is essential.

We are seeking Home Care Workers to care for our client in the Nar Nar Goon area.

Hourly rate starting at $35+ per hour (casual), increasing with experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support / HACC / Aged Care / Disability or equivalent
• MUST have a current Victorian driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
• MUST have a clear National Police Check, within the last 2 years.
• MUST have an NDIS Workers Check
• Consistent availability (same days/times every week or fortnight)
• Have a current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Smart mobile phone
• Computer literacy and the ability to access emails
• We are only seeking candidates who reside within a 20-minute drive of the area.
• Clear English speaking
• Experience in bowel care or willing to be trained and complete bowel care
• Experienced in hoist transfers or willing to be trained.
