What is the role?

As a Fun Squad Leader for our Kingpin Townsville venue, you will lead & delegate to our FunSquad with a passionate & nurturing style! You will be supported by & also provide support to the management team and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none!

Who are you?

• You must hold a valid WWCC/WWVP/OCHRE/BLUE Card Certification
• A strong & diligent leader; effectively able to take charge of shifts and act as a PARTNER to our high performing FunSquad.
• You strive to deliver REMARKABLE guest experiences and only the best business results
• Natural ability to create positive relationships, dazzle our guests and motivate sales. This is the ultimate recipe for amazing reviews!
• You have extensive availability across night times and weekends
