This is a fast-paced 360 recruitment role, ideal for someone with a background in business development, recruitment, or sales who thrives on building relationships, achieving targets, and growing a portfolio.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage relationships with Early Childhood centres
  • Source, interview, and place quality educators
  • Grow existing accounts and win new business
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates
  • Manage your own desk in a high-energy, supportive environment

About you

  • Experience in business development, recruitment, sales, or account management
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships
  • Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
  • Resilient, proactive, and commercially driven
  • Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence
