This is a fast-paced 360 recruitment role, ideal for someone with a background in business development, recruitment, or sales who thrives on building relationships, achieving targets, and growing a portfolio.
What you'll do
- Build and manage relationships with Early Childhood centres
- Source, interview, and place quality educators
- Grow existing accounts and win new business
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates
- Manage your own desk in a high-energy, supportive environment
About you
- Experience in business development, recruitment, sales, or account management
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
- Resilient, proactive, and commercially driven
- Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence
