Lead one of FMS Group's key operational divisions and play a pivotal role in our continued growth. We are seeking an experienced Field Division Manager to drive operational performance, develop our people, strengthen customer relationships and deliver exceptional outcomes across our field services business.

About The Role

You will be responsible for the overall performance of the Field Division, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable delivery of field services across our customer base. You'll provide leadership to supervisors and field personnel while working closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

Key Deliverables/responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Lead the operational and financial performance of the Field Division.
  • Develop, coach and support supervisors and field teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Ensure safe execution of all field operations.
  • Manage divisional budgets, KPIs and profitability.
  • Identify business development opportunities and support sustainable growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across people, systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements and customer expectations.

About You

You are an experienced operational leader who enjoys developing high-performing teams and building strong customer relationships. You have a commercial mindset, make sound decisions under pressure and are passionate about safety, continuous improvement and delivering results.

Successful Candidate Will Have Experience/skills In The Following

  • Demonstrated experience managing operational or field service teams.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Experience managing budgets and KPIs.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability.
  • Current Driver Licence.
  • Trade qualification (desirable).
