About you
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be adaptable, solutions-focused, and enjoy working with a busy team who rely on you as a trusted member and a key part in keeping operations running smoothly.
This opportunity would suit someone with 3–5 years of administration experience, potentially looking to apply their advanced skills in a new environment. Legal experience is ideal but not essential.
You'll also be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn
Your role
This role will provide administrative support to a team of lawyers, paralegals and legal assistants.
Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email communications
- Preparing letters, forms, and standardised documentation
- Assisting with the preparation of real estate and legal documents
- Supporting billing and administrative processes
- Maintaining hard copy and electronic document management systems
- Providing high-level administrative support across a busy and dynamic team
- Managing competing priorities and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
