This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop specialist expertise in financial crime risk, compliance, client due diligence and business intake within a collaborative and high-performing professional services environment.

Reporting to the Head of Business Intake, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's AML/CTF compliance obligations through the delivery of client due diligence (CDD), know-your-client (KYC) and screening activities. • Review politically exposed person (PEP) and sanctions screening results.

  • Support key projects associated with the implementation and ongoing development of the firm's AML/CTF Program.
  • Assist with the rollout of compliance policies, procedures and operational processes.
  • Deliver high-volume AML, CDD and KYC activities while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality standards.

About you

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine interest in risk, compliance and financial crime prevention.

You will ideally have:

  • At least 12 months' experience conducting client due diligence (CDD) and/or KYC checks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across a broad stakeholder group.
  • Confidence managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with sound commercial judgement.
  • Experience working in a professional services, legal, banking or regulated environment.
