Full Time Fleet Support - Dandenong

We are seeking a reliable and safety focused Fleet Support/Refueler to join our team at our Dandenong Depot. This is a hands-on role responsible for supporting daily fleet operations by ensuring vehicles are fuelled, presented, inspected and ready for service. An MR Licence is essential for this position.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Workshop Manager and assisting the Fleet Support Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the depot yard and fleet. Your duties will include:

• Refuelling buses and safely manoeuvring vehicles within the depot yard
• Conducting daily pre-trip inspections and completing required checklists
• Basic service checks such as oil, coolant, water and tyre conditions
• Reporting vehicle defects using company systems
• Washing and presenting vehicles to company standards
• External cleaning and graffiti removal
• Vehicle deliveries such as changeovers
• Parking and positioning vehicles within the depot
• Yard housekeeping, cleaning and general maintenance
• Maintaining a safe work environment and complying with all safety procedures

Hours

• Monday to Friday, 3:30pm to 11:30pm
• Weekend overtime opportunities

• Current MR or higher licence – essential
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Experience in vehicle refuelling, transport, fleet support or yard operations (advantageous)
