Salary package: $141,637 - $148,403 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full time, Fixed term (until 24 December 2026)
Reporting to the Strategic Lead, Student Equity Projects the Learning Designers works closely with staff in the team and across the Experience, Wellbeing and Inclusion Division on projects to enhance the student experience of orientation, transition and retention; supports professional staff development; and engages with stakeholders. In particular, the Learning Designer is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of high-quality resources and training for academic and professional staff to better support students from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds and enhance staff skills.
