Kingswim Majura Park is on the lookout for a Centre Manager to lead our established facility. With solid foundations, a great team, and plenty of opportunity ahead, we're looking for a leader who is passionate about developing people just as much as delivering great results.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be right in the action, supporting the team on pool deck, jumping in to teach our little swimmers, driving exceptional customer experiences and coaching your people to be the very best they can be.

The Centre Manager position is a permanent full-time role, with an hourly rate of $44.97 per hour + superannuation. You will be required to be flexible in attendance across all shifts, including weekend work (time in lieu provided).
