The role
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Decorative Concrete Account Manager to drive the growth of our decorative concrete business across Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established market leader as we continue to expand our decorative product offering under our evolving StyleCrete brand. You'll become the dedicated Decorative specialist for Victoria, helping shape the future growth of an expanding product range and playing a key role in building our presence in market! You'll inherit an existing customer base while also identifying and developing new business opportunities across Melbourne's commercial construction market.
Enjoy the autonomy of a field-based role, with only one half-day each week spent at our Campbellfield office for sales meetings and team collaboration!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow decorative concrete sales across your Melbourne metro territory.
- Manage an established portfolio while actively securing new customers and projects.
- Build strong relationships with builders, concreters, developers and architects.
- Provide outstanding customer service from initial order and enquiry through to project completion.
- Prepare quotes, manage customer orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Monitor customer accounts, pricing and payment follow-ups where required.
- Track sales performance, analyse data and provide reporting to management.
- Work closely with internal sales, operations and marketing teams to support the continued growth of the StyleCrete brand.
- Working closely with internal operations, batching plants and sales administration teams
About you
We're looking for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer partnerships while identifying opportunities to grow the business! You'll ideally bring:
- Proven Account Management and Business Development experience.
- Experience selling decorative concrete or construction materials is highly regarded.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- The confidence to develop new business and open new doors.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to understand margins, pricing and sales performance.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A current driver's licence.
- A customer-first mindset
