The Opportunity

The Clinical Evaluation and Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering scientific and clinical evidence assets that support scientific dissemination, medical credibility and enterprise objectives. This role has a strong scientific communications focus, transforming complex clinical information into high-quality publications and scientific materials for a range of audiences.

Working within a global, matrix environment, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, authorship teams and external experts to develop scientifically rigorous, accurate and compliant content.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop manuscripts, presentations and other scientific dissemination assets based on established publication strategies

  • Manage publications throughout their lifecycle, including planning, author coordination, development, submission and publication

  • Coordinate clinical study registration and results disclosure activities in line with applicable requirements

  • Conduct literature searches, reviews and evidence synthesis to support scientific and clinical decision-making

  • Review scientific and clinical content through a scientific communications lens to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment to approved evidence

  • Maintain evidence libraries, repositories and supporting documentation to ensure content remains current, accessible and audit-ready

  • Apply scientific judgement to interpret clinical data and communicate evidence effectively to different audiences

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, authorship teams and key opinion leaders to deliver high-quality outcomes

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of evidence asset management processes, tools and templates

About You

You are a scientifically minded communicator who enjoys translating complex data into meaningful and accessible scientific content. You are comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across a global, matrixed organisation.

You will bring:

  • Experience developing scientific communications materials such as manuscripts, publications, posters or related scientific content

  • Strong scientific writing, editing and critical appraisal skills

  • The ability to assimilate scientific information, interpret clinical data and communicate it effectively to a range of audiences

  • Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work to agreed timelines

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working within virtual and matrix teams

  • The ability to work autonomously and manage complex deliverables
