Product Manager (Fixed Term 12 Month)

Fixed term 12 months contract (parental leave cover)

Reporting to the Head of Product & Pricing, this role plays a key part in supporting the development, enhancement and management of our products and pricing initiatives to deliver strong member and business outcomes. You will work across the organisation to drive product changes, support strategic projects and ensure our products remain competitive, compliant and aligned to member needs.

What you'll be doing

• Support the end to end management of the product lifecycle, from design and implementation through to optimisation and ongoing maintenance.
• Project manage product, fee and pricing change initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams across Distribution, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Technology to deliver product and member experience improvements.
• Conduct product testing and support successful implementation of system changes.
• Analyse member insights, competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Provide product expertise and support major business projects.
• Manage internal product enquiries and support key external partnerships.

What we're looking for

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to turn insights into practical recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience in product management, product development, pricing, lending or a related discipline.
• Degree qualification in Business, Marketing, Strategy or a related field is desirable.
