Due to internal promotion, we are currently hiring an Assistant Development Manager based out of our Brisbane office.
This role focuses on supporting the delivery of land lease community projects while gaining exposure to the full development lifecycle.
Working closely with experienced Development Managers, you'll play a key role across project coordination, budgets, reporting, stakeholder management and development operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of land lease community and development projects across planning, design, construction, sales and project close-out
- Manage project administration including feasibilities, reporting, budgets, cost tracking, invoicing, contracts and project documentation
- Coordinate project schedules, approvals, meetings, stakeholder communications and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and external consultants
- Maintain project and community data, implement development processes and systems, and support defect management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to commercial outcomes through market research, networking and high-quality project delivery
About You
- Experience supporting or delivering property, construction or development projects, with exposure across multiple stages of the development lifecycle
- Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction Management, Engineering, Urban Planning or a related discipline, with an understanding of feasibilities, budgets, invoicing and project delivery
- Strong organisational, analytical and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, interpret data and maintain accurate documentation
- Confident communicator who can facilitate meetings, build stakeholder relationships, present information and navigate challenging conversations professionally
- Collaborative, adaptable and detail-oriented, with high standards, sound judgement, strong integrity and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning
